Got it covered, largely. Not a lot of rest in there, but that's fine, after a Saturday spent mostly Doctoring (more on that after tonight's special and some spoiler-time passage.) So today, after rolling out of the rack, I worked more and harder than on many workdays.
Cleaned up the kitchen after a lot of Eleanor cooking and baking the day before.
Spent an hour-plus at church with several of our fellow rear-end accident victims/their families.
Pop-pop!, Did a run of shop. To Best Buy for the World's End
DVD, then next store to Petco. That was for three new goldfish to replace our two remaining summertime outdoor mosquito-eaters, who we moved inside and watched grow to a decent size before they both died within days in the middle of last week; also got a new collar for Tazzer (his has been missing for months) and engraved new tags for him and Zoey (hers, likewise, gone awhile, though she's kept the tagless replacement collar on for awhile now).
Finally, Wegmans, where the puns are just a bit runny.....
That got me home, where more awaited. I cleaned the fishtank, destroying all evidence of last week's double homicide, and put the three new tenants inside it. Emptied the dishwasher, then turned to the biggest of the projects on the docket: Emily's closet had been attracting unwanted feline attention, and yesterday I largely emptied it and even more largely cleaned it. We took the double sliding doors off it at some point in her high school years so she'd have more room in her room, but it seemed a good time to put them back on.
Finding and securing them from where they were stored? No problem.
Finding what we'd done with the hanging hardware? No problem.
Actually reattaching them to their roly-poly tracks? Problem. These things are trickier than I realized, and two of us, giving it close to a good hour, finally gave up for the day, until we can be 100% sure of which bracket goes on which door which goes into which track.
I still owe people some notes, I haven't a stitch of NaNo wordage yet (but then I didn't last year either at this time and still made 50K with a day to spare), and I won't get to the gym today. Still, plenty to feel accomplished about.
